Your appointment and well-being is very important to me and I understand that sometimes unexpected events/illnesses can happen. If you need to cancel your appointment I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Please understand that when you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment. ⚠️Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. If you fail to pay the cancellation fee you will be banned from booking future appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case the same 50% cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your appointment to another time. ⚠️I do not offer any refunds on any services. However, if you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, I will remove them free of charge, and may offer a voucher for another service. While I love children and understand that bringing your children to the salon during your service may be convenient or even necessary at times, I strongly prefer that clients do not bring their children to their appointment (other than a child receiving services accompanied by an adult.) The main reasons are for the child’s safety. I work with sharp tools, chemicals, and other equipment in the salon and do not have an area designated for children nor the staff to keep an eye on them while you receive your service. ⚠️By bringing your child against advisements you assume full and complete risk and responsibility for any injury, accident, or damage which may occur while you are on the premises!
